Capital League is the brainchild of Sapna. She founded Capital League in 2003, after 10 years in banking with HSBC & BNP Paribas, mainly in the area of wealth management.

Sapna is a CFP, (Certified Financial Planner, conferred by Financial Planning Standards Board, US). She is a Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT, USA) with 5 MDRT, 1 COT and 5 Top of the Table honors. She has contributed to financial services industry through various forums. In 2019 she was recognised among Top 100 ‘Women in Finance’ by AIWMI (Association of International Wealth Management of India). She has been invited on numerous occasions to speak and write on topics related to Financial Services and wealth management. She has authored the book ‘Investing is the new Cooking’. Sapna has done her BE (Electronics & Telecom) followed by MBA from FMS, Delhi.

Vinita joined Capital League in 2004 when this entrepreneurial venture was still at a very nascent stage. Vinita brought in enriching experience from all segments of the banking industry having spent 12 years with HSBC across Corporate Banking, Personal Banking and Wealth Management. She was responsible for setting up HSBC Premier in Delhi NCR and had extensive experience in working with the top clients of the Bank.

Vinita is a Certified Financial Planner, conferred by FPSB, USA and a Commerce Hon. Graduate from Delhi University. She was listed amongst India’s Top 100 Women in Finance, 2020 by Association of International Wealth Management of India. She has spoken and written on many financial planning forums.

After a successful corporate career spanning 15 years with reputed organizations, Rajul joined Capital League as Partner in January 2007. She has significant experience in Wealth Management having spent almost an equal amount of time in the Asset Management and Private Banking industries.

She brings to Capital League a great understanding of investment in financial securities drawing upon her experience as a Research Analyst with Birla SL Asset Management and as an Investment Advisor to several mid and large corporate treasuries and Ultra HNIs at HSBC and ABN AMRO. Rajul is highly regarded for her knowledge base and research capabilities and her subject views are often solicited by the industry. Rajul has done her graduation in Economics followed by an MBA from R. A. Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur.

Sushma joined the Capital League team in 2021. She brings with her over 37 years of banking experience across Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Credit Cards and Retail Assets . Prior to joining Capital League, she was with HSBC Bank. She has nearly two decades of experience in wealth management with HSBC Premier Division. Her wide range and depth of experience enables her to comprehend many complex and multi faceted client family situations. A patient and insightful listener, Sushma believes in nurturing long term relationships with client families.

Sushma is a thorough Delhite, born, brought up and educated in the city. A science graduate from Miranda House, Delhi University. She is also FEDAI, AMFI and IRDA certified.

Sushma is a passionate trekker and had completed 100 km Oxfam Trail Walker in under 36 hours. She practices yoga and keeps a track of her 10k step count. Books are her best companion and music her stress buster.

Jyoti has over two decades of experience in Wealth Management and Banking. She joined Capital League in 2012 and has been a reliable and trustworthy Relationship Manager to the client families. Prior to Capital League, she had worked with ICICI Wealth, Kotak Privy League and HSBC Premier Banking.

She is a 1998 batch CFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad and has done 1 year Executive program on Portfolio and Investment Management from IIM, Bangalore. Currently, she is also serving as a Treasurer on the Board of CREA, New York, a non-profit corporation that promotes and protects women’s rights.

Jyoti is extremely passionate about living a fit, healthy and active life and finds great joy in nature, kids happiness and energies.

Anupama has over 15 years experience in Wealth Management. She started her career with Capital League in 2005. She was part of the core team at Capital League and handled various roles in Operations and Research. She briefly moved to HDFC Bank for a 2 year stint as a Relationship Manager to HNI clients. However, she missed the culture and ethos of Capital League and joined back in 2015 as a Relationship Manager. She takes immense pride in her work and has successfully forged strong relationships with client families.

Anupama is a Certified Financial Planner, conferred by Financial Planning Standards Board, USA and an MBA (Finance). She has successfully completed an Executive Program from IIM Ahmedabad in Investment Decisions and Behavioural Finance.

She is an active member of Walking and Running groups in Gurgaon and has participated in many Marathons. She is also a passionate cook and enjoys cooking for her friends and family.

Maitreyi has about 7 years’ experience in Wealth Management, Banking and Tax Accounting. She joined Capital League in 2019. Our youngest Relationship manager, Maitreyi is a zealous and creative professional who is always brimming with ideas and brings a fresh outlook to client services. Prior to Capital League, she has worked with HDFC Bank as a Relationship Manager for HNI clients and as a Financial Planner with a boutique financial planning firm.

Matireyi is a Certified Financial Planner, CA Intermediate and a Commerce (Hons) graduate from Delhi University.

She is passionate about travelling and trekking. An avid reader, with a constant drive for self-improvement, she loves incorporating her knowledge of behavioural economics in her day to day work life.

Garima is a banking professional with 11 years of experience in Wealth Management and Banking. Prior to joining Capital league in 2021, she has worked with HDFC , Standard Chartered and ICICI Bank both as a Wealth Manager and a Branch Manager. She has won numerous accolades and recognition for thinking out of the box while handling teams and for her role in Wealth Management. A patient listener, she is able to comprehend and get an insight into key issues and this has helped her build long standing client relationships.

Garima believes learning to be a multi-faceted, lifelong process. She has an MBA from Institute of Management Studies, Indore. She has also successfully completed a Management Development Program in Fintech and Financial Blockchain and a Program on Financial Planning from IIM Calcutta. She likes to keep herself abreast with the latest developments in financial industry.

She loves to cook for and spend time with her family. Her ‘ Me Time’ is spent with books & music.

Nandita Singh has joined us in July 2022 with over two decades of experience at DSP Investment Managers, Nandita has worked extensively on Debt and Equity markets, handling the complete mutual fund sector across institutional and retail verticals.

With a passion to create lasting impact with her clients, Nandita has played a critical role in implementing the firm’s strategy in investment markets. Over the years, her leadership skills and technical know-how have been instrumental in aiding her department and the firm garner Pan-India recognition. With a hands-on and result-driven approach, she has guided her clients through transformative journeys. Nandita’s inherent love for numbers materialised as an undergraduate degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi and later an MBA in Finance and Marketing.

Nandita believes that learning is a continuous process and is always looking for opportunities to upgrade her skill set. Extending her professional drive to her personal life, Nandita is an avid reader and an ardent gardener who finds passion in horse riding and joy in road trips with her family.

Rupaly is a seasoned financial services professional having nearly 17 years of experience in Banking & Financial services Industry. She joined Capital League in 2018 as Office Head and leads the entire team while being responsible for overall functioning of the Operations and Research functions. An extremely energetic and enthusiastic professional, she has made her mark in a short span of time and used her rich insights in Operations and team management to further strenghthen our systems and processes. She is also a tech enthusiast and loves to leverage technology to bring in more efficiency.

Prior to Capital League, she has worked with reputed organisations like Amex, Citi Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Franklin Templeton AMC and Aditya Birla Sun life AMC.

Rupaly has done her Post-Graduation in Business Management from Symbiosis, Pune and is a Commerce (Hons.) Graduate from University of Delhi.

A true blue foodie, she enjoys trying different cuisines. She also loves to draw in her free time.

Ruchira has over 13 years of rich experience across Wealth Management and PSUs. She joined Capital League in 2013 prior to which she had worked with Indian Oil Corporation and ILFS. An extremely meticulous and organized professional, she manages diverse responsibilities including Accounting and Finance, HR Payroll, Special projects and new initiatives. She brings the best of thought and action and is adept at spearheading new projects and taking them to completion with utmost efficiency and competence.

Ruchira is a Certified Financial Planner and has done B.Tech(Electrical). She has also done an Executive Program from IIM Kolkata for Young Professionals.

She enjoys gardening and singing and is often heard humming melodies while working on complex financial strategies.

Sneha has 10 years’ experience largely in Wealth Management. She joined Capital League in 2012. She heads the Research function. A soft spoken, meticulous and highly dependable team member, she is an integral part of the Capital League team. She has demonstrated great acumen and aptitude in her professional journey with Capital League.

Sneha has done MBA (Finance & Marketing) and is a rank holder in Mathematics. She has successfully completed professional NISM courses for Investment Advisor. Always striving to be a better person personally and professionally, she has attended Management Development Program from IIM Bangalore on ‘Leading with joy and leveraging the mind’.

She likes to sketch and dance in her personal time.

Shilpi has over 13 years experience in Wealth Management. She heads the Operations team at Capital League. She joined Capital League in 2007. An extremely dedicated and dynamic professional who believes in never giving up, she leaves no stone unturned to ensure she meets the client’s requirements most promptly and efficiently. She is the backbone of Operations at Capital League.

She has also had a brief stint with Religare Securities as a Relationship Manager for HNI clients.

Shilpi is a Post-Graduate in Arts from Delhi University and an Associate Financial Planner – Investment Planning from FPSB. A continuous learner, she has done various courses in Capital Markets, Derivatives, Commodities, etc. to upgrade her skills.

She loves to shop and give consumerism a boost. In her free time, she can be found cooking or reading.
